REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are sure that you will love your purchase from Elba and Wilde. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy then simply return it to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange of the full purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return costs, your refund amount will be less any delivery paid.
For any orders which have been damaged in transit, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. For any items deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
STEP 1 All we ask is that you email a photograph of the item to email@example.com so that we can see the damage and discuss the return.
STEP 2 At Elba and Wilde our items are packaged with care and so we ask that you return any items in their original packaging in order to avoid goods being damaged in transit. If the original outer packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate outer packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging or on items which have been used.
STEP 3 To return the item please enclose your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Postage costs are non-refundable and we recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and request proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

STEP 4 Please allow up to 14 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account. We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund. We are not able to refund the original delivery cost on returned items (unless faulty).
